About Dr. Seongho Kim Dr. Seongho Kim is a Neurosurgeon based in Daegu, South Korea with 22+ years in the field. He is a respected member of the North American Neurosurgery Society, ISPN (World Pediatric Neurosurgery), WSSFN & ASSFN (World and American Stereotactic Functional Neurosurgery Society), AANS (American Neurosurgery Association) Pain Subcommittee, and INS (World Neuromodulation Society). He is also the Executive Director of the Korean Society of Stereotactic Functional Neurosurgery, the Korean Society of Pediatric Neurosurgery & Journal Editor, the Korean Neuromodulation Association, and the Korean Neurosurgery Society. He completed his graduation from Yeungnam University Medical Center and later obtained his residency from the same academy. He specializes in spinal pain, dementia, hydrocephalus, brain injury surgery and treatment, brain tumors, meningioma, glioma, pituitary tumors, craniotomy, cerebral aneurysms, moyamoya disease, cerebral arteriovenous malformation, cervical disorders, pediatric neurosurgery, etc. Dr. Kim has his publications both nationally and internationally and has written chapters in world-renowned books.
