About Dr. Shashidhar Vishwanath Dr. Shashidhar Vishwanath is a well-known Neonatologist with 18+ years of experience. He completed MBBS from Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), Bangalore in 2000. After having worked for a brief period at All India Institute of Medical Sciences as a research fellow, he moved to the UK for further training in Paediatrics. He has worked at various hospitals in the UK and obtained Member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH) Glasgow or Edinburgh) from the Royal Colleges Of Physicians, London, the UK in 2011. Later, he completed further higher specialist training in Yorkshire and Humber Paediatric training scheme and obtained CCT in Paediatrics. He also has received FRCPCH from the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health in 2017 and Post-Graduation DCH from the University of Leeds in 2015. Dr. Vishwanath is trained to provide level 3 neonatal intensive care and experienced in managing common prematurity associated issues and also other neonatal issues including caring babies needing surgical interventions and input from other specialties. He writes articles and publications for national and international journals.
