About Dr. Shobha Venkat Dr. Shobha Venkat is an obstetrician and gynecologist with 28 years of experience. Her forte includes high-risk pregnancy care, pregnancy with anemia, twin pregnancy, pregnancy with BP and diabetes, infertility treatment and fibroid treatment (PCOD). She completed MBBS from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, Bangalore, DGO from Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Hospital, Mumbai and DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology from DNB board, New Delhi. She is a member of Bangalore Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Indian Menopause Society (IMS), Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists, London (RCOG) and PCOS – Society. She won many awards in national and state-level conferences. Dr. Venkat has won Best Poster Presentation Award in 13th KSOGA Conference, Bangalore , winner in Young Consultant Category Paper Presentation in BSOG Meet, Doctor Day Award, Bharat Ratna Mother Teresa Gold Medal Award, She is an organizing secretary in CME for postgraduates conducted at Manipal Hospital, Bangalore. She has done many talks and interviews on women health on various TV channels.
