About Dr. Sith Sathornsumetee Dr. Sith Sathornsumetee is an Internationally trained Neurologist who has been practising for almost 22 years.  He has focused his research on the development of novel therapeutics for brain tumours in several areas, including preclinical evaluation, clinical trials, and biomarker identification.  He has also explored the role of glioma stem cells in angiogenesis, invasion and therapeutic resistance. He is a member of the Thai Medical Council and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Sith Sathornsumetee has completed MD (1998) from Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand. He completed his research training in Neuro-Immunology at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota, USA. He has a Neuro-Oncology fellowship at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina, USA. Dr. Sith Sathornsumetee is well-versed in English and Thai.
