About Dr. Sungsoo Yoon Dr. Sungsoo Yoon is a well-established Liver Transplant Surgeon with experience of more than 33+ years in the field. He is a Chairman of the Information Committee of the Korean Surgery Society, Endoscopes Laparoscopic Society Legislation, and Daegu Hepatobiliary Pancreatic Surgery Research.  He is also an Executive Director of the Korean Society for Oncology Surgery and Vice President of the Korea Endoscopy Laparoscopic Society. He graduated from Yeungnam University Medical School in 1987 and received his internship at the same university. He also pursued his training at the USA Training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Hospital (MSKCC) in New York, USA Dr. Sungsoo has tremendous knowledge of Hepatobiliary pancreatic surgery, liver transplantation, robotic and laparoscopic cholecystectomy, hepatectomy, pancreatectomy, splenectomy, etc. He has published his articles in several indexed national and international journals for his work in liver transplant.
