About Dr. Tanveer Abdul Majeed Dr. Tanveer Abdul Majeed is one of the best Surgical Oncologists with more than 25+ years of experience.  He is a Life Member of the Association of Colorectal Surgeons of India, 2003, the Indian Society of Oncology, 2004, Associations of Surgeons of India, Indian Associations of Surgical Oncology, Association of Minimally Access Invasive Surgeons of India, International Hepato pancreaticobiliary Association, and Member of the National Academy of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, Royal College of Surgeon Edinburgh, 2006, and Royal College of Physician & Surgeons, Glasgow. Dr. Majeed has done his medical graduation (M.B.B.S) from Karnataka University Dharwad and post-graduation in General Surgery (M.S – Gen Surgery) from the University of Mumbai.  He also has accomplished Fellowship in Hepatobiliary & Liver Transplantation in 2008 Fellowship in Thoracic Oncologic & Thoracoscopic Surgery in 2007. Dr. Majeed has authored 5 chapters in various Surgical Oncology textbooks including the European Textbook of Surgical Oncology and has 14 publications in indexed national and international journals. His specialization lies in Gastrointestinal, Hepatopancreaticobiliary & Thoracic Cancers. VATS, Minimally Invasive & Open Gastrointestinal and Thoracic Cancers Procedures along with General Surgical Oncology in Breast, Gynec, Head & Neck & Uro oncology.
