About Dr. Thanapong Somkitrungroj Dr. Thanapong Somkitrungroj possesses +10 years of experience as an Ophthalmologist in the field of ophthalmology. He completed his diplomate in 1986 from the Thai Board of Ophthalmology.  He then pursued a certificate of fellowship from the Chulalongkorn University. Faculty of Medicine Chulalongkorn University, Thailand and in 1993 a certificate of fellowship from the Francis I Proctor Foundation, University of California, San Francisco,USA. In 2004, he completed his MD from Phramongkutklao College of Medicine, Mahidol University. Pramongkutklao College of Medicine, Thaliand and in 2014, he completed a certificate of fellowship from Francis I Proctor Foundation, University of California, San Francisco, USA. Dr. Thanapong Somkitrungroj is a specialist of ophthalmic conditions such as, retina, uveitis, cornea and offers posterior segment imaging.  He has co-authored several research papers on various ophthalmic conditions.
