About Dr. Timothy Lee Dr. Timothy Lee is a renowned Neurosurgeon with nearly four decades of clinical and surgical expertise. He specializes in diagnosing and treating brain tumors, stroke, pediatric tumors, and spine problems, including lower back and neck pain. In 1981, he completed his basic medical degree with honors in both medicine and surgery from the University of Melbourne. Afterward, he pursued his general surgical training in Singapore and achieved his FRCS, in Edinburgh. In 1987, he joined faculty staff at the National University of Singapore. In 1990, he completed his neurosurgical training at Oxford. After returning to Singapore, he founded the Division of Neurosurgery at the National University Hospital (NUH). He has more than 100 papers published in journals.  He is a former member of the International Advisory Panel for the World Congress of Minimal Invasive Neurosurgery. He is currently a member of the editorial board of the journal, International Surgery.
