About Dr. Toh Charng Jeng Dr. Toh Charng Jeng is a well-known and skilled Neurosurgeon in Malaysia having +20 years of medical experience. He is the first neurosurgeon to obtain the Fellowship in Interventional Pain Practice certification offered by the World Institute of Pain. He has received numerous awards and his special interests include Skull base and Neuro-Oncology, Neuro-endoscopy, Spine endoscopyNeuromodulation and functional neurosurgery and Interventional pain procedure. He is a member of the Malaysian Medical Council, the Malaysia Society of Interventional Pain Practitioner and the Neurosurgical Association Malaysia. Dr. Toh Charng Jeng has completed an MBBS (1998) from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal, India. He did MS (2005) from the Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Malaysia. He has a Fellowship from the Royal Melbourne Hospital. He has obtained MD in Pain Management from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines.  Dr. Toh Charng Jeng is well-versed in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien and English.
