About Dr. Upendra Kaul Currently associated as Executive Director – Academics & Research (Cardiology) with Fortis Lt. Rajan Dhall, Hospital One of the first Cardiologists to start Coronary Interventions in India Dr. Kaul is a past President of the Cardiological Society of India and is currently the Vice President of the SAARC Cardiac Society.
