About Dr. Vasudev Chowda Dr. Vasudev Chowda is a Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist with 10+ experience. His expertise lies in Bladder Cancer Surgery, Irritable Bowel Syndrome ( IBS ) Treatment, Hemorrhoids Treatment, Liver Disease Treatment, Ulcerative Colitis Treatment, Acidity Treatment, Gall Bladder (Biliary) Stone Treatment, Gastritis Treatment, Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Treatment, Peptic / Gastric Ulcer Treatment, Endoscopy, and Colonoscopy. Dr. Chowda did his MBBS from the reputed JIPMER followed by M.D in Internal Medicine from the world-famous All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. Later, he did his Doctorate of Medicine in the field of Gastroenterology and liver diseases from Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS, Lucknow).  Efficiently perform the endoscopic procedures: OGD, Diagnostic Colonoscopy, Endoscopic Variceal ligation, Endoscopic Sclerotherapy, Endoscopic therapy of bleeding peptic ulcers, Argon plasma coagulation, Heater probe coagulation, Polypectomy, Foreign body removal of ingested coins, dentures, pins needles and others, Oesophageal stricture dilation, CRE balloon dilation of various strictures and webs in the gastrointestinal tract, Metallic stenting for oesophageal cancers, Metallic stenting for Gastric outlet obstruction due to gastric cancers, Colonic stenting for malignancies(SEMS).  He has both national and international publications under his credit and delivers lecture on different  ERCP procedures like ESWL for pancreatic stones, bile duct strictures, Pancreatic duct strictures, Mirrizzi’s syndrome, plastic and metallic stenting of the bile duct(SEMS).
