About Dr. Vidur Jyoti Dr. Vidur Jyoti is an accomplished Bariatric Surgeon with an experience of 38 years. He specializes in Minimal access surgery such as Laparoscopic & Bariatric surgery and laser & endoscopic surgery. Some of the treatments offered are Gall bladder and biliary tract surgery, minimally invasive surgical procedures, appendicitis and solid organ surgery. He is a Member of Life Member of Association of Surgeons of India and a Fellow Member of Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons.. Dr. Jyoti completed MBBS from Medical College (Amritsar, 1980) with an MS in General Surgery from Medical College (Amritsar, 1983). He is Fellow in Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (FMBS) with training in Laparoscopic Surgery from KEM Hospital (Mumbai). He also did training from Klinikum der Mannheim, Mannheim (Germany). Further, he trained in Laparoscopic Bariatric Surgery from Ruby Hall Clinic (Pune), Single Port Laparoscopic Surgery from Apollo Hospital (Chennai) and Laser and Endoscopic Techniques from Lady Wellington Hospital (Chennai).
