About Dr. Won Joon Yoo Dr. Won Joon Yoo is an Orthopaedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon with 27+ years in the field. He completed his M.D. from Seoul National University College of Medicine in 1993 and his M.S. from the same institute in 2002. He later pursued a Ph.D. in Orthopedic Surgery from the Seoul National University College of Medicine in 2004. Dr. Yoo specializes in areas such as Foot arthroscopy, Paralysis of foot and ankle, Cerebral palsy, Discoid Meniscus, Growth plate fracture & growth plate, Pediatric Sports Injury (Joint Endoscopy, Cruciate Ligament Injury, Meniscal Tear Rupture, Peelable Osteochondritis), Pediatric hip disease (osteonecrosis of the femoral head, developmental dysplasia of the hip, femoral head-splitting, femoral collision syndrome), etc. He has actively written for numerous national and international publications and has been invited as guest faculty to scientific meetings, CMEs, and conferences.
