About M.D. Afsun Şahin M.D. Afsun Şahin is a well-known Ophthalmologist at Koc University Hospital, Turkey.  M.D. Afsun Şahin received his medical degree from Ankara University Medical School followed by an ophthalmology residency from Hacettepe University Medical School, Ankara.
