• Ajay is an educational and clinical supervisor for speciality trainees (registrars) and is involved in training future specialists in a variety of surgical procedures including laparoscopic hysterectomies and complex pelvic surgeries. He is also a British Fertility Society (BFS) accredited pelvic ultrasound trainer.• He is the departmental lead at Mid Cheshire Hospitals (Leighton Hospital) for undergraduate medical education (Manchester Medical School).
• Ajay was part of the RCOG enhanced revision programme for MRCOG examinations and is involved in training candidates for the membership examinations.
