About Mr. Darshan Reddy Mr. Darshan Reddy has +15 years of experience as a Cardiothoracic surgeon with expertise in performing both adult and paediatric cardiothoracic surgeries. In 2003, he completed his graduation from the University of Cape Town with first class honours. In 2008, he did his fellowship from the College of Medicine, South Africa. Between 2011 and 2012, he appeared for ECFMG  and FSMB exams. In 2014, he did his Master’s from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Dr. Reddy is an expert at performing several adult and paediatric cardiac surgeries. Some of the paediatric cardiac surgeries he performs are, hypoplastic left heart repair, ASD/VSD repair, Tetraology of Fallot repair, coarctation of the aorta repair, patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) repair, truncus arteriosus repair, TAPVR and transposition of the Great Vessels repair among such other procedures. In adults, he carries out, CAD, heart valve disease surgeries, aortic aneurysm surgery, coronary angioplasty and stenting, heart transplants, heart valve replacement surgeries and CABG among other such procedures. Dr. Reddy has co-authored a few research papers on his area of expertise.
