Mr Feisal Ali Shah is a leading consultant trauma and orthopaedic surgeon based in Leamington Spa and Coventry, specialising in treating injuries and problems with the knee. His areas of expertise include sports knee injuries, knee problems in young adults, cartilage repair, knee arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction and knee replacement.

Mr Shah graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2003. After completing his surgical training, he undertook prestigious fellowships both in the UK and Australia that focused on sports knee injuries, young adult knee problems and knee arthroplasty surgery.

Besides his areas of expertise, Mr Shah provides clinical expertise in ACL and PCL ligament reconstructions and meniscal preservation surgery. He also offers a knee preservation service, performing a range of surgical procedures to prevent the progress of arthritis, and a complete arthroplasty service where he performs patellofemoral resurfacing, partial knee resurfacing and total knee resurfacing procedures.

In addition to his consultancy position, Mr Shah has been widely published in peer-review journals and is heavily engaged in current research projects. He is also a principal investigator for two clinical trials which looks at the efficacy of specific orthopaedic procedures.
