Mr Nijil Vasukutty is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon, with expertise in foot and ankle surgery and based in Boston, Lincolnshire. His work includes surgery for bunions (hallux valgus), toe deformities, ankle and foot arthritis, ankle sprains, flat foot, achilles tendon disorders and heel spurs.

Mr Vasukutty completed his basic medical qualification and orthopaedic specialist training from University of Kerala in India and moved to the United Kingdom in 2005. After completion of orthopaedic registrar training and a FRCS (Orth) examination, he completed specialist foot and ankle surgery training at the University Hospital South Manchester and Southampton University hospitals.

Mr Vasukutty has also obtained specialist diabetic foot surgery training from prestigious Kings College Hospital. He enjoys teaching and research, and has authored over 20 publications in peer-reviewed journals. He lectures nationally and internationally on various aspects of foot and ankle and diabetic foot surgery.
