About

From the very beginning Ms Yvonne Luo has taken every measure to ensure that she does her absolute best to ensure the very best outcome for me after my cataract with another surgeon went wrong and left me in need of an emergency operation. I am so thankful that Ms Luo was the one who operated on me. She has enabled to be able to use my left eye again where I can now read again with this eye and see well at a distance. I cannot thank Ms Lou enough for everything she has done for me, and will be eternally grateful to her for her expertise and specialism. I know she is well recognised in her field and feel so fortunate that she was my surgeon. Before the operation, she reassured me of my concerns and I had every faith in her. She is also always friendly, makes one feel at ease, pays attention to any concern, provides explanations where needed, and has monitored the outcomes of the surgery over a good period of time, to the point where I felt comfortable in not requiring further appointments. I feel very fortunate to have been operated by Miss Lou, a great surgeon to be part of this hospital. I thank her for her amazing expertise and care.
