About Prof. Şehmus ÖZMEN Prof. Şehmus ÖZMEN is a well-known Nephrologist at MEMORIAL DİYARBAKIR HOSPITAL. He has more than 11 years of experience in treating several Nephrological disorders.  He completed his medical training from HACETTEPE UNIVERSITY MEDICAL FACULTY in 1999 followed by Internal Diseases Specialization Vocational Training from DOKUZ EYLÜL UNIVERSITY FACULTY OF MEDICINE in 2002.  Afterward, he completed his Internal Diseases Specialization Vocational Training from DİCLE UNIVERSITY MEDICAL FACULTY in 2005 and Nephrology Specialization Training from DİCLE UNIVERSITY MEDICAL FACULTY in 2009.  Further, he went to Germany to achieve certification in the Organ Transplant Unit from HANNOVER MEDICAL SCHOOL in 2009.  He has numerous publications and notices in international and national journals.  He has attended Nephrology and Internal Diseases training courses.  He is an active member of various organizations including the European Nephrology Association (ERA-EDTA), Turkish Nephrology Association (TSN), and Turkish Medical Association (TTB).
