About Prof. Ahmet Kemal Firat Prof. Ahmet Kemal Firat comes with +24 years of experience as an Interventional Radiologist and is a leading medical professional in Turkey. He holds professional memberships of several national and international medical societies such as, Turkish Radiology Association, Turkish Medical Association, Magnetic Resonance Society, The American Society of Neuroradiology, European Society of Radiology and the Turkish Society of Interventional Radiology. Prof. Firat completed his graduate medical studies in 2001 from Hacettepe University Faculty Medicine. In 2006, he completed specialist qualification. Prof. Firat uses medical imaging to guide catheters and needles during minimally invasive procedures that diagnose, treat and cure many kind ofs conditions. He renders important service, particularly in vascular and interventional radiology.  He has won a few awards too for oral presentation. He has authored several research papers for national and international publications and has also been the Editor for reputed medical journals such as, the Journal of European Radiology, Journal of Inonu University Faculty of Medicine and the Gaziosmanpasa University Journal.
