About Prof. Dr. Georg Schett Prof. Dr. Georg Schett is a Rheumatologist with 26+ years of experience. He is the Head of the Collaborative Research Centre in Erlangen of the German Research Foundation, and Coordinator of the METARTHROS Project funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research. He Initiated the IMMUNOBONE Priority Program funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG), Germany. He completed his graduation from the University of Innsbruck, graduated in 1994. and later did his Postdoctoral research fellowship at the Institute for Biomedical Aging Research of the Austrian Academy of Science in Innsbruck. He is also trained in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology at the Department of Internal Medicine III, University Hospital Vienna. He has worked on several research projects and has nearly 100+ publications.
