About Prof. Dr. Hubert Schelzig Prof. Dr. Hubert Schelzig is an eminent Vascular Surgeon in Germany with experience of over 32+ Years. He pursued a degree in human medicine at the Universities of Ulm and Munich in 1988 and later received Habilitation in Surgery in 2006. He received a doctoral thesis defense in 1995 and was granted the Head of the Laboratory of Thoracic and Vascular Surgery at the University of Ulm in 2001. Prof. Schelzig’s interest lies in the creation of AV shunts for dialysis patients, treatment of varicose veins, bypass for salvage of limbs in diabetic patients and laser varicose veins surgery and all kinds of vascular surgical procedures such as occlusive disease and aortic surgery for aneurismal and leg bypasses, etc. He has also presented several papers and has numerous publications under his credit.
