About Prof. Dr. med. Harry Merk Prof. Dr.med.Harry Merk is a leading Orthopedic and Trauma surgery specialist who has worked in the field for over 20 years. He is also an expert in rheumatological orthopedics, endoprosthetics (hip, shoulder and knee joint) and pediatric orthopedics.  Between 1979-1997 he worked as the Asst. Professor at the Clinic for Orthopedics, Magdeburg, Germany. Between 2001-18, he was the C4 Professor and Clinic Director at the Clinic for Orthopedics and Orthopedic surgery, Ernst-Moritz-Arndt University of Greifswald. Dr. Merk performs bone/skeleton tumour surgery, rheumatoid surgery and surgeries pertaining to baby (including hip dysplasias, club feet) He has authored scholarly articles for several publications that have citations too.
