About Prof. Dr. Med. Martin Kostelka Prof. Dr. Med. Martin Kostelka is a pediatric cardiac surgeon with 32+ years of experience. His clinical interest includes Atrial Septal Defects, Ventricular septal defects, Sinus venosus defects, transposition of large vessels, Fallot’s tetralogy, Complete and partial AVSD (Atrioventricular Septal Defect). He is a member of the European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery (EACTS), Deutsche Gesellschaft für Herz,- Thorax- und GefäÃchirurgie (DGHTG), Cardiothoracic Surgery Network (CTS Net), International Bicuspid Aortic Valve Registry (iBAR), International Aortic Arch Study Group (IAASG) and The International Aortic Arch Surgery Study Group (IAASSG). After graduation from Medical School University of Hamburg, Hamburg, he did post-graduation from the esteemed college of Germany and Ph.D. He completed training in cardiac surgery under renowned doctors. He has many publications to his credit in international journals.
