About Prof. Dr. Med. Michael A. Borger Prof. Dr. Med. Michael A. Borger is a cardiologist with 31+ years of experience. His clinical expertise includes aortic valve reconstruction, valve-preserving aortic root surgery, complex aortic surgery, complex endocarditis operations, minimally invasive aortic and mitral valve surgery. He completed graduation from University of Alberta, Edmonton and MD from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. Dr. Borger did an internship at Gray Nun’s Hospital, University of Alberta, Canada. He did training as specialist in cardiac surgery from University of Toronto, Canada. He did fellowship from Royal College of Surgeons Canada.
