About Prof. Dr. med. Sven Dittrich Prof. Dr. med. Sven Dittrich is a pediatric cardiologist with 24+ years of experience. His clinical focus is on congenital heart defects, cardiac catheter examinations and interventions. He completed his graduation from the University of Kiel, Germany followed by a doctorate. Dr. Dittrich completed medical training at the Kaiserslautern Clinic, Germany. He is a member of the German Society for Pediatric Cardiology and Congenital Heart Defects (DGPK). Prof. Dittrich has been involved in numerous commissions with various tasks, including guideline work and the national quality assurance of congenital heart defects. Prof. Dittrich is editor of the scientific journal ” The Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgeon” from Thieme-Verlag. He is an author and co-author of numerous scientific articles.
