About Prof. Dr. Nikolaos Tsilimparis Prof. Dr. Nikolaos Tsilimparis is a renowned Vascular Surgeon in Germany with experience of over 17+ Years. He is a member of the German Society of Surgery (DGCH), German Society for Vascular Surgery (DGG), American College of Surgeons, European Society for Vascular Surgery (ESVS), Society for Vascular Surgery, North German Society of Surgeons, and Ernst Jeger Society. He pursued a degree in human medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece) and in Charite from 1998 to 2004. He has also done Postdoctoral Studies at the Department of Medicine, Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia, the USA in 2002, and Habilitation in Vascular Surgery, the University of Hamburg in 2014. He has a Research Fellowship in the Department of Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapy, Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia, USA, and the Department of General, Abdominal, Vascular and Thoracic Surgery, Charite University Hospital Berlin, Campus Mitte in 2013. Prof. Tsilimparis’s special interest lies in Carotid Surgery, Aortic Aneurysm Repair (open & EVAR), Peripheral Bypass Surgery (fem-distal), Dialysis Access Surgery (Fistula/Grafts), etc. He is an active contributor to many indexed vascular and endovascular journals.
