About Prof. Dr. Oliver Hauschild Prof. Dr. Oliver Hauschild is an Orthopaedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon with 16+ years of experience. He has professional membership of the German Society for Trauma Surgery (DGU) since 2005, AG Becken of the DGU since 2005, Taskforce teaching of the AUC since 2009, Working group for arthroscopy since 2012, and lastly Endoprosthetics Working Group (AE Germany) since 2013. He studied human medicine at the Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen in 1996 and started clinical and academic work at the department for trauma surgery and orthopedics at the University Hospital Freiburg in 2004. In 2013, he also did his Habilitation at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg and Ph.D. at the Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen in 2003. He has expertise in Endoprosthetics knee and hip joints, Trauma Surgery, Biomechanics, Knee Surgery, Knee Injuries, Tissue Engineering, Orthopaedic tumor surgery, etc. He has presented several paper presentations at state and national conferences and written articles for many journals.
