About Prof. Dr. Sedat Kose Prof. Dr. Sedat Kose is an Interventional Cardiologist with 24+ years of experience in the field. He is a member of various reputed medical organizations such as the Turkish Society of Cardiology Qualification Board (TKYK), Turkish Cardiology Society, etc. He started his medical education at Gulhane Military Medical Academy in 1990 and did his specialization in Electrophysiology & Arrhythmia training from Maastricht Hospital, Netherlands & Belgium in 1997. Dr. Kose worked as a flight doctor in Balıkesir 9th Main Jet Base Command and performed the first Atrial Fibrillation Ablation procedure in our country in 2001 He has expertise in Effort ECG, Carotid endarterectomy, Myocardial biopsy, Atherectomy, Endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysm, Inserting a pacemaker, Radical angiography, Balloon valvuloplasty, Heart transplantation, etc. He has many publications on interventional cardiology and he has also served as the Head of the TKD Arrhythmia Working Group.
