About Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Wick Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Wick is a Neuro-oncologist based in Freiburg with over 24+ years of experience. He serves as a member of the steering committees of NOA, the European Association for Neuro-Oncology (EANO), and the EORTC Brain Tumor Group and is currently Chair of the NOA.  He received training in neurology at the University of Tübingen Medical School Department of Neurology in Tübingen, Germany, then at medical schools at the University of Bonn (Germany), King’s College in London (UK), and Harvard Medical School, Boston, Massachusetts (USA). Dr. Wick has special interests Immuno-histology, Electrophysiology: In vitro Patch-Clamp & MEA In vivo multi-channel recordings, Behavioural experiments with rodents: Real and VR mazes, etc. He has written more than 260 articles for peer-reviewed journals, including New England Journal of Medicine, Journal of Clinical Oncology, Lancet Oncology, Neuro-Oncology, Annals of Neurology, and Journal of Clinical Investigation and holds several patents in the field of Neurooncology.
