About Prof. Kim Dae Hwan Prof. Kim Dae Hwan possesses +15 years experience as a General Surgeon specialising in treating tumours and cancer of the stomach. Prof. Hwan is an eminent medical figure with professional memberships of  Busan Gyeongnam Gastric Cancer Research Association and Busan Gyeongnam Laparoscopic Gastric Cancer Research Association as Full Member. He is also a Lifetime Member of the Korean Surgery Society, Korean Gastric Cancer Association, Korean Endoscopic and Laparoscopy Society and the Korean Society of Clinical Oncology. Prof. Hwan has been the Secretary, Ethics Committee of the Korean Surgery Association and also the Secretary (Finance Committee) of the Korean Gastric Cancer Association.  After graduating from Pusan ​​National University College of Medicine he completed his Master’s course in surgery and Ph.D from the Pusan ​​National University College of Medicine.  Prof. Hwan is a leading gastric laparoscopic surgeon, who also treats benign gastric tumours and cancers.  He has  also made contributions to reputed journals.
