About Prof. Na Kook Joo Prof. Na Kook Joo is a leading Cardiac Surgeon with +23 years of experience of thoracic surgery and thoracic oncology.  Prof. Joo is a professional member of the Korean Medical Association, the Korean Society for Thoraic & Cardiovascular Surgery and the Korean Bronchoesophagological Society. He is an expert cardiac surgeon and performs MIS for thoracic oncology. His research interests include, development of a multidisplenaly care system for lung cancer patients, left upper mediastinal lymph node dissection during minimally invasive esophagectomy, aggressive angiomyoma of the lung, Tension Pneumonothorax after endoscopic retrograde pancreatocholangiogram and the learning curve of Minimally Invasive Esophageal Cancer Surgery.  Prof. Joo has co-authored several research papers for reputed medical journals.
