About Prof. Seong Son Prof. Seong Son is a Neurosurgeon with +15 years of experience in performing surgeries for spinal deformity and spinal cord tumour.  Prof. Son completed his MD and MS degrees from the Gachon University College of Medicine. He then did his Ph.D from the Inha University College of Medicine. In 2013, he underwent ASSET (Advanced Surgical Skills for Exposure in Trauma) training, LAC+USC at Los Angeles, CA, USA. In 2019, he underwent AO spine fellowship, NUHS, Singapore. Prof. Son is an expert at surgical procedures for spinal degenerative diseases and deformities, spinal tumour and trauma and head trauma. He is also known to perform lumbar disectomy and open lumbar microdisectomy.  His papers submitted to reputed journals are in-depth pieces on his suggestions and findings of the various surgical procedures.
