About Prof. Somsak Kuptniratsaikul Assoc. Prof. Somsak Kuptniratsaikul is a senior and a skilled Shoulder & Joint Specialist with +36 years of experience in the field of orthopedics. He completed his MD from Chulalongkorn University in 1985 and then in 1992 did a diploma from the Thai Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He also earned a certificate in sports medicine and arthroscopy from CWRU, Cleveland, Ohio.  Dr. Kuptniratsaikul is a specialist of shoulder surgery. He performs surgeries for Impingement Syndrome, SLAP Repair, Shoulder Dislocation, Frozen Shoulder, Rotator Cuff Repairs, AC Joint Repairs, Biceps Tendon surgery and shoulder replacement surgeries.  He has co-authored a few research papers highlighting various aspects of his surgical practice.
