About Prof. Wan Ki Baek Prof. Wan Ki Baek is a leading Cardiac Surgeon with an experience of over three decades in performing various cardiac procedures.  He is a professional member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons. Prof. Baek is a graduate (1983) of Seoul National University and after a decade he did his Master’s in 1993 followed by MD in 1996 from the same university. Prof. Baek is an expert at performing several cardiac surgeries such as, heart transplant, peripheral artery and vein surgery, angioplasty, coronary surgery, heart valve surgery, aortic surgery and treating congenital heart disease. Prof. Baek alongwith other surgeons/researchers has authored several research papers examining various aspects of cardiac surgeries.
