About Professor Andreas Krodel Professor Andreas Krodel is a specialist in Orthopedics and Traumatology with an experience spanning across +20 years. He holds professional memberships of Educational Commission AO Spine, Technical Commission of the AO Spine Society and the Working Group on Bone and Soft tumours of the German Society of Orthopaedics and Traumatology. Dr. Krodel obtained his medical education from the Hannover Medical School and cleared his state examination in 1983. He trained in orthopedic surgery in Hannover and Munich. Dr. Krodel surgically is an expert at performing surgeries to treat spinal damages and treats spinal injuries, performs joint-preserving surgeries among such other procedures. He also performs minimally-invasive arthroscopic and endoscopic surgeries. His research interests and clinical focus include treatment of degenerative spinal disease, spondylitis and arthroplasty. He has also developed many techniques for rehabilitation and correction of the musculoskeletal system and for reconstructive sports medicine. He has authored and co-authored several research papers for reputed journals.
