About Dr. Seffen Fares Dr. Seffen Fares is a Plastic Surgeon based in Tunis, Tunisia with more than 12+ years in the field.  He holds the French Interuniversity Diploma in Morphological and Anti-Aging Medicine as well as the European Interuniversity Diploma in baldness treatment from Claude Bernard Lyon 2 University, France.
